Description
Tried out some food photography.Set my camera's white balance to incandescent and used a simple 75 watt bulb as lighting.
I'm pretty happy with the results. Next I'll try adding some bounce lighting as well.
I also baked the cake =D
Edit:
Concerning the bottom picture, its a popular trend in food photography now to shoot ultra close with parts blurry from the DOF, so thats what i was aiming for. It looks better in hi-res.
The top is more a product shot, which is equally useful to know how to do.
